Branding
Your brand is as important as your product or service. It is what identifies you or your product and should be simple, memorable, and carefully selected. Many components can make up your brand depending on what message you want to convey and your intended audience. Key factors in branding include the name, the logo (an image associated with the brand) and taglines (a short simple message tied to the product).
At Sofa we can help you brand almost anything: yourself, a business, a product or a service. Contact us today to create your first brand or if you've outgrown your existing brand. We help you make the right choice to represent your business.

Excel
This is a powerful and strong brand to represent the energy the owner brings to his company. The tagline makes a statement about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The pure primary colours are memorable and highly visible on worksites, which is great for this type of business, where passersby can see who is creating the improvements to buildings.

Northern Living
This brand is clean, simple, and the icon captures what they do in a tight image. The different colours in the logo subtly convey the wide variety of products and designs that come from this respected and upscale kitchen and bath business.

Mr. Sanderson's Antiques
This award winning design is a perfect example of the power of simplicity. The bowler hat represents a different time, the classic font is reminiscent of silent movie text, and the black and white is nostalgic as well. In addition, it suits the understated and dignified owner to a tee.
Imoveit.ca
This is a well-rounded brand for a moving company. It gave an upstart business instant credibility while making them easy to connect with. The name is the business and the business is the name. It creates recognition that automatically reminds the viewer to visit the company website and learn more about their services. The "swoop" from the first letter "i" to the second "i" gives a feeling of movement or transportation.

Nipissing University's 20th anniversary logo
When the local university celebrated 20 years as a degree-granting institution, a strong and celebratory image was in order. This logo features three lines stretching outward which represent the three separate campus locations. They also give a sense of growth and a "bright" future, like beams of light.
The Learning Network
The mentorship program at Nipissing University found clarity and simplicity in this brand. The tagline supports what they do while the image of three individuals working together uses school colours to show one distinct leader guiding the two students.

Achieve
The Achieve program is a nature-based development program run out of Wendigo Lake Adventure Therapy in Northern Ontario. The standout "i" represents the accomplishment of the individual in the training exercises. At the same time it takes the entire "team" of letters to spell the word, and working together is part of the process too. The "team" of letters also shows nice balance with three characters on either side of the individual "i". A further balance is found in the three words beneath making a tagline comprised of power words which show you what you get from Achieve.
